About the Role

As a Family Medicine (Family Practice) primary care physician, you will build lasting relationships with your patients while support teams and AI technology take care of administrative tasks. This is an adult primary care role caring for patients 18 and older, designed for a physician seeking a long-term practice home and a strong patient base.

Location: Metro Atlanta, Georgia.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary care for adults 18 and older
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with your patient panel
• Manage acute and chronic medical conditions
• Perform preventive screenings and wellness exams
• Coordinate care with specialists as needed
• Document efficiently with AI ambient recording, order sets, and templates
• Code visits accurately (coding is physician-managed; billing teams handle claims and collections)
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school
• Board Certified in Family Medicine (Board Eligible candidates considered ONLY if currently in residency, and must pass boards before starting)
• Active Georgia medical license (or ability to obtain one)
• DEA registration (or ability to obtain before start date)
• Authorized to work in the United States

Preferred

• Graduate of a US medical school
• 2 to 3 years of post-residency experience (new graduates and physicians finishing residency are also welcome)
• Strong ties to the Atlanta area

Pay Range and Compensation Package

• Year One Compensation: $350,000 base salary plus a $50,000 signing bonus (based on a 5-day week at 3 patients per hour).
• After Year One: Base salary plus productivity bonus based on collections, with total compensation well above $400,000.
• Growth Incentive: Additional compensation for physicians who help establish a satellite location.
• Schedule: Choice of a 4-day or 5-day workweek (Monday to Friday, weekends and major holidays off, part-time considered, and light shared call).

Practice Highlights & Support

• Clinical Support: RN team for patient triage, results calls, inbox support, procedure/testing nurses, and remote care team.
• Administrative Support: Front desk check-in/out, scheduling, prior authorizations for medications and imaging, and billing (over 98% collection rate).
• Technology: EMR system with AI ambient recording, templates, and order sets.
• On-Site Diagnostics: FibroScan (VCTE), home sleep studies (HSAT), DEXA, spirometry, ultrasound (echo, vascular, abdominal), ECG, ambulatory blood pressure monitoring, and on-site phlebotomy.
